SHIPPING

We ship via UPS & USPS Priority Mail.

The majority of orders take 1-3 business days to process- occasionally additional processing time may be necessary depending on stock availability.

Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight & value of your order rounded up to nearest whole pound. There is a $2.95 handling fee for each order processed.

We negotiate favorable shipping rates with our carriers. To help make the most of every Mystical Madness dollar we pass the savings directly to you. Mystical Madness does not use shipping as a profit center.

Mystical Madness is not responsible for delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.

DOMESTIC GROUND UPS SHIPPING- valid for United States ONLY

UPS ground arrives between 1-5 business days depending on your location, excluding holidays. Delivers Monday thru Friday.

Flat Rate Ground Shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

Flat Rate shipping to the 48 contiguous US States is $5.95 for orders under $100.00 Flat Rate shipping to the 48 contiguous US States for orders over $100-$500 is $9.95 For all orders over $500 shipping prices will be determined at checkout.

Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with a physical Address. Shipping costs are based on UPS & Fed X real time rates. Please note: A $2.95 handling fee is applied to all shipping methods to ensure timely processing of each order. NEXT DAY AIR, SECOND DAY & 3 DAY SELECT (DOMESTIC ONLY)

Is Guaranteed to all 50 states & Puerto Rico (excluding P.O .Boxes) Price is determined at checkout and based on real UPS time rates with the exception of flat rate ground shipping. P.O. BOXES, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & US TERRITORIES

Ground shipping is by way of USPS PRIORITY MAIL Shipping cost is based on real time rates. Flat rate shipping does not apply to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories due to increased cost. Military addresses are covered by this shipping method. Customers who require shipping by USPS should elect this method
Please note: Mystical Madness is closed for the observance of the following holidays:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanks giving and Christmas Day. Packages in transit during these and other government holidays could be delayed by one or more business days.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States and Canada may be placed online or by contacting us at customer service, toll free at 1-888-500-0404 or international at 1-714-545-2500. UPS International takes approximately 3-5 business days to reach customs.

Mysticalmadnessjewelry.com currently offers 3 methods of shipping for our Canadian and Overseas customers:

UPS Worldwide Express: Guaranteed one to three business days to reach customs.(delivery by 10:30 or 12:00 noon) UPS Worldwide Expedite: Guaranteed two to five business days to reach customs.(delivery by end of day) UPS Worldwide Saver: Guaranteed one to three business days to reach customs (delivery by end of day) All International and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS based on Weight, destination and insured value. Please note: International orders ship as a whole order, without partial shipments, fulfillment time may vary.
You are fully responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws imposed on any of your mysticalmadnessjewelry.com orders imported to your country .Please keep in mind that any customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs are separate from the shipping charges and are not he responsibility of Mystical Madness. Customs fees and taxes will vary and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

All packages shipped from Mystical Madness will include a declaration indicating the contents as “Fashion Accessories” with full value of the order listed.

If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be billed a 10% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged the extra shipping costs incurred by mysticalmadnessjewelry.com to retrieve our package. You will only be credited for merchandise returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

In order to prevent fraud, we reserve the right to refuse or accept any orders that may seem suspicious in any way. Further all Domestic and International shipments will be subject to verification at our discretion.

We know that a package "bouncing back" to us can be one of the most frustrating experiences When ordering online. To help prevent this from happening, we have provided some useful information so you can make sure your address is complete and appropriate to the shipping carriers we offer. Some common ways that an address would be incomplete or inappropriate for the carrier are listed below.

Incomplete address. Package is shipping to a business or private company and address as entered did not include a building name. Apartment, building, or suite number was not included in address. Package was requested to be delivered to a P.O. Box

Please note that we cannot ship UPS to a post box and the USPS will not be able to deliver to your location if you do not have a mail receptacle at your address.

Most wholesale companies have a strict minimum order policy and don’t accept any orders under their minimum. We know there are times even despite your best planning; you may need to fill in with a few essential items in between regular orders. Foreign currencies and precious metals markets fluctuate weekly according to the London Spot Market. This means that prices for precious metals and findings fluctuate weekly as well. Due to fluctuating silver, our prices are subject to change and may vary until time of invoicing.

We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times. However due to the fact that our unique designs are all hand fabricated please allow up 2-8 weeks for delivery on items out of stock at the time of your order. Most backorder items are shipped by first class mail. If backorders are not acceptable please process your payment offline by contacting us directly, toll free @ 888-500-0404.

Insufficient Fund Checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge. For any amount that exceeds 30 days an additional charge of 2% per month will be added to the outstanding balance. Uncollected checks will be turned over to collection and the check writer will be liable for all collection costs. All merchandise is guaranteed for a period of 6 months after purchase from Mystical Madness. Merchandise damaged through accident or neglect by customer and returned for repair, will be assessed charges for repair and shipping. Such charges will be billed to customer.
Claims for shipping damages or shortages must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
claims must include the item number(s), Invoice Number & Date, along with a description of the type of damage.
